There will be one member of ITSSG to chair each workshop session to ensure they run to time.

Ben Hedges from Infobasis has agreed to talk and for some sort of sponsorship. [action JML]

5. EXHIBITION AND SPONSORSHIP

·       Sponsorship for pens, notepads and payment for teas and coffees maybe from Infobasis, SFIA, BCS or UCISA.

·       NC has spoken to Mindworks Inc they are very keen and will provide some sort of gizmo as sponsorship.[action JML]

·       Someone to sponsor the feedback form prize draw, maybe to supply an ipod. [action ?]

·       There is £5,800 in the Conference account. [action JML]

·       Nikki has been in touch with EML with regards to exhibition money. We are expecting a cheque for £3000 by the beginning of March 2004.[action NC]

·       ITS3 have several catalogues from suppliers of conference goodies [action NC]

·       Web site has been created http://www.ictf.ox.ac.uk/conference/2004/  [action MA]

·       Set up for workshops, exhibition and registration at Keble Wednesday pm [action NC]

·       Better wine at evening reception this year

·       Oxford Visuals are likely to be busy on conference day this year.
