Why Access? If this is not widely used in Comlab, why is she using it? If it is really necessary, is this the beginning of greater demand?
How much does she know? If she has, say, ECDL level knowledge, pass her to OUCS. If not, why not…

Possible outcome: User has basic expertise but needs some additional advice; consultancy arranged with OUCS, via Help Desk; all local ITSS alerted to monitor Access use and consider their own training needs.
