- Why Access? If this is not widely used in Comlab, why is she using it? If it is really necessary, is this the beginning of greater demand?
- How much does she know? If she has, say, ECDL level knowledge, pass her to OUCS. If not, why not…
- Training needs (of user and ITSS)
Possible outcome: User has basic expertise but needs some additional advice; consultancy arranged with OUCS, via Help Desk; all local ITSS alerted to monitor Access use and consider their own training needs.
